Doña Catalina Lagunes, mujer de Simón de Escobar vecinos del pueblo de Naolinco, dijo que quedó como heredera universal del Bachiller Francisco Lagunes, Cura que fue del pueblo y doctrina de Tlacolula, otorga poder especial en primer lugar a Antonio López, vecino de la Puebla de los Ángeles, en segundo al Licenciado Matías de Hijar, Presbítero Abogado de la Real Audiencia de México, y en tercer lugar al Licenciado Francisco de Urue Arbieto y Tovares Presbítero y Abogado de los Reales Consejos, para que en su representación cobren de la Real Caja de México y de los jueces oficiales las cantidades que se le quedaron debiendo al Bachiller Francisco Lagunes por el salario y administración de los Curatos de Misantla y Tlacolula.
