Para la dicha información, ante Don Antonio Rosel y Lugo, Doña Aldonza de Vargas, en nombre de su parte, presentó por testigo a Lucas Cardeña Malpica, mercader, vecino de Jalapa, de quien se recibió juramento y dijo conocer a todas las partes, la cláusula del testamento de Don Carlos de Sámano y Quiñones mandó 3,000 pesos a María de Vargas, y para su cobranza le han puesto pleito a Doña Luisa Ponce de León, la cual trata de concertarse con las dichas Doña Aldonza y su menor para obviar pleitos, y a este testigo le pareció acertado dicho concierto y en utilidad de la menor.
