Don Miguel Gómez de Soto, vecino de la provincia de San Juan de los Llanos, por una parte, y por la otra Lucas de Mojica, vecino de la jurisdicción de La Antigua Veracruz, dijeron que el primero otorgó escritura de venta al segundo de 2 sitios de tierra para ganado menor en términos de Juchique; ahora han convenido y ajustado que en caso de que cualquiera de los dos decida venderlo a un tercero ha de ser obligado a citar al otro para ello y no requiriéndose al otro, constituyen y declaran por nula, de ningún valor y efecto la venta que hicieren.
