El Capitán José Antonio de la Pedreguera, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, otorga poder a don Tomás de Zubiaur, Agente de Negocios de la Real Audiencia de México, para que en su nombre parezca en el Tribunal del Juzgado General de Bienes de Difuntos y pida la aprobación del remate de una casa que quedó por bienes de don Gaspar de Olavarrieta, y que se le celebró al otorgante en 4, 300 pesos que ofreció de contado el 22 de junio, conseguida la aprobación, pida se le entreguen los títulos de propiedad, haciendo para ello los autos y diligencias judiciales necesarios.
