Don Ventura Rosende, vecino de Jalapa, dijo que recibió de don Francisco del Día, Síndico del Convento de San Francisco, la cantidad de 400 pesos en calidad de depósito irregular con sus réditos de 5 % anuales, contados desde el 9 de noviembre del presente año, y para seguridad de la paga, hipoteca la casa de su morada ubicada en las afueras de este pueblo hacia Veracruz, en los primeros asientos con los que hace frente hacia el norte, al oriente y al sur linda con tierras de la Cofradía de la Concepción y al poniente con la calle que de dichos asientos va hacia Los Berros, cuya casa esta gravada en 120 pesos a favor del cofradía.
