Domingo Mauleón y Mendoza, vecino de la Nueva Ciudad de la Veracruz, residente en Jalapa, dijo haber otorgado poder para testar, pero se le han ofrecido algunas cosas las cuales dispone ahora. Declara que su sobrino Domingo Tomás Mauleón le ha servido de hace 6 años, ordena se le den 500 pesos por año a pesar de haberlo instituido como heredero. Tiene una esclava que le ha servido fielmente y que esta imposibilitada de servir, la cual ordena se le otorgue libertad después de fallecido. Tiene otra esclava nombrada María de la Rosa, parda, quien también le ha servido fielmente, ordena igualmente se le otorgue carta de libertad. Menciona otras disposiciones que se especifican en la escritura. Nombra como albaceas suplidoras a don Francisco de San Juan y a Miguel Jiménez Carralero.
