Doña Dominga Rosa de Santa Marina, vecina del pueblo de Jalapa, viuda de Roque de Aguilera, otorga poder a don Francisco Velad, vecino de la Ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz, para que en su nombre reciba un rancho en dicha ciudad con esclavos, ganados y horno de cal de Antonio del Castillo, a quien se lo tenía arrendado, así también reciba lo que estuviera debiendo por el arrendamiento y de lo que reciba otorgue carta de pago y finiquito, y para que pueda arrendarlo nuevamente o en su defecto venderlo por la cantidad que ajustare.
