Don Juan Bautista de Izaguirre y don Juan Lucas de Olavarrieta, vecinos y del comercio de la Nueva Veracruz, residentes en esta Villa, otorgan poder especial a don Tomás Murphy, también vecino y del comercio de la misma ciudad, para comparecer en aquel Magistrado de Intendencia y Escribanía respectiva, a otorgar una escritura de obligación y fianza a favor de don Bernardo de los Cobos, provisto subdelegado de esta Villa, por cantidad de 2 000 pesos, en caución de la Real Hacienda por el ramo de productos de esta Subdelegación y su partido; en tal manera que por ella quedan constituidos por tales sus fiadores y principales pagadores.
