El Capitán Don Juan Velázquez de la Cadena, vecino de la ciudad de Los Ángeles, por sí y en nombre de Doña Juana [Josefa] Orduña [Loyando] y Sousa, su legítima mujer, dijo que en virtud de haber dado en arrendamiento el ingenio de San Pedro Buena Vista y la hacienda de ganado mayor nombrada Espanta Judíos, ubicada en la jurisdicción de La Antigua Veracruz, a favor de Don Pedro Fernández de Santillán, por la presente, le hace entrega de las tierras, esclavos, ganados, avíos y aperos, pertenecientes a dichas haciendas.
