Juan de la Parra, vecino del pueblo de San Felipe, jurisdicción de Tlaxcala, declara que por hallarse preso su hermano, Nicolás de la Parra, en la cárcel de este pueblo de Jalapa, por deber a los bienes de Domingo José de Santa María, la cantidad de 78 pesos, mismos que se obligó a pagar en compañía de Manuel de la Parra y don Blas de Valderrama; para lo cual el otorgante ha convenido entregar a doña Catarina Crisóstomo Vázquez, viuda del citado Domingo José de Santa María, la citada cantidad de pesos, con lo cual logrará la libertad de su hermano.
