El Alférez Don José de Medina, y su esposa Doña Ana Francisca de Córdoba, vecinos de Jalapa, venden al Capitán Don Carlos de Sámano y Quiñones, dueño del ingenio nombrado San Miguel de Almolonga un esclavo mulato llamado José Ordóñez, criollo de Jalapa, hijo de María Ordóñez, negra de nación Angola, esclava de los otorgantes, la cual heredó de su padre, Juan Bautista Ordóñez de 22 años de edad, libre de empeño, hipoteca y otra enajenación sin asegurarlo de ninguna tacha, vicio, defecto ni enfermedad, horro de alcabala, en el precio de 200 pesos de oro común.
