Doña Nicolasa Catarina Cardeña, doncella mayor de 50 años de edad, dueña propietaria del Oficio Público de Escribano y el de Cabildo, unidos, en virtud de la facultad que Su Majestad le concede, renuncia a dicho oficio en don José de Arias[y Torija], de esta vecindad, en primer lugar, y en segundo en don José María Cardeña[ y Ortega], Escribano Real de Veracruz, para que con testimonio de esta renuncia, se presente en el Superior Gobierno y se le otorgue título en forma para el despacho de dichos oficios.
