Antonia Martínez Blanco, viuda de Francisco de Aguilar, y sus hijos mayores Antonio, Pedro y Manuel, declaran que dicho difunto el 30 de marzo de 1764 vendió a Lorenzo de las Nieves López, de esta misma vecindad, un solar de 30 varas de frente y 64 de fondo, ubicado en el Barrio de Arriba y calle que llaman del Ganado, por la cantidad de 125 pesos, del cual no otorgó escritura, por lo que otorgan la presente para que sirva de titulo.
