José Antonio García de Baldemora, vecino del pueblo de Naolinco, hijo legítimo de Antonio García de Baldemora y de doña Catalina de Acosta, otorga su testamento en la forma siguiente: declara tiene varias deudas que manda se paguen, así también le deben a él como se menciona en la escritura. Entre sus bienes tiene lo que conste en la hijuela de partición y división por muerte de su padre, 21 mulas aparejadas, 6 caballos mansos, una mulata esclava blanca encinta y lo que tuviere pide se le dé libertad, así también a su esclava Juana se liberte en la parte que le pertenece. Nombra como albacea a Antonio García de Baldemora, su hermano, y como heredero nombra a su abuelo Pedro García de Baldemora y a sus hermanos.
