Don Francisco Maniau y Ortega, vecino de España y residente en el pueblo de Jalapa, debe y se obliga pagar a todos los acreedores de su difunto padre, las cantidades que quedó debiendo al habérsele adjudicado, por la Real Justicia; todos los bienes, deudas y acciones que pertenecieron al difunto don Joaquín Ildefonso de Torquemada y su difunta esposa doña Ildefonsa Martínez Navarro, sin quedar obligado en manera alguna a otra cosa ni a pagar a sus coherederos la más mínima cantidad por declararlo en los autos de inventarios de los bienes de dichos difuntos.
