José Lino Martínez, natural y vecino de esta Villa, soltero, mayor de cincuenta años, hijo de Manuel Martínez y de Josefa Rosalía Vázquez, otorga su testamento, declara que por herencia de su padre le tocó una casita con solar de ciento y pico de varas ubicada en la Calle de Cantarranas; tiene otra casita que también le dejó su padre, ubicada al confín de la Calle de la Pila de San Cristóbal, ésta última la deja a su hija natural María Dolores Martínez, de estado doncella, y en el remanente de sus bienes nombra como heredera y albacea a su madre.
