Don José María Ponce de León, alías Mora, vecino de Jalapa, otorga que vende a don Francisco del Día, Mayordomo de la Cofradía del Carmen, la cantidad de 200 pesos que carga sobre sus casas a censo redimible con réditos del 5 % anuales; la primera casa es de paredes y tejas ubicada en el barrio de arriba de la plazuela, la cual tiene de frente 23 varas y 51 ½ de fondo y la compró al Licenciado Juan Bernardo Díaz Mier; la otra casa está en solar que compró a Ángela Francisca del Pino, como albacea, tenedora y heredera del difunto don Bartolomé Salvo.
