Don Francisco Barradas y Viveros, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, otorga que ha recibido de doña María Nicolasa de Zárate, como albacea de su difunto marido don Francisco González de Ortega, la cantidad de 740 pesos, mismos que tendrá en calidad de depósito irregular, por tiempo de 3 años, pagando 37 pesos de réditos anuales, contados desde hoy, y para la seguridad de esta deuda hace hipoteca de una casa, ubicada en el barrio de Techacapa al poniente, al sur linda con casa y solar de don Juan Bocelo, al norte con la comunidad de los naturales.
