Don Bernabé de Elías y don Manuel Patiño, de esta vecindad, dijeron que don Rafael Espinoza giró en compañía una tienda propia de Elías desde 1829; cuya compañía se ha disuelto, no obstante, al no haberse cumplido el término que se prefijó, tasadas las cuentas resultaron a favor de Espinosa 402 pesos 1 real y 5 octavos, los cuales han convenido serán satisfechos, cuyo convenio ha sido celebrado entre Elías y Patiño en representación de Espinoza. Por lo que reduciendo a efecto declaran los comparentes estar enteramente disuelta la relacionada compañía y en consecuencia otorgan formal cancelación.
