Don José Fernández de Castañeda, Alcalde Ordinario de Segunda Elección de esta Villa de Xalapa, otorga poder especial a don Francisco Flores, vecino de la Capital de México, para que a nombre de él, como albacea y heredero del difunto don Simón Suárez, Teniente que fue de la compañía de voluntarios de Cataluña, perciba y cobre del concurso de acreedores formado a bienes del finado don Juan Celayeta, Subteniente que fue de Milicias, la cantidad de 2 000 pesos y sus réditos, que el citado Suárez le entregó y se obligó a reconocerlos con causa de réditos.
