Doña Teresa de Arellano, vecina de este pueblo de Jalapa, mujer legítima del Capitán Lorenzo Romero Jurado, con licencia de su marido por estar inepto para poder administrar sus bienes, otorga que recibe por mano de Juan de Thormes, apoderado de Andrés García de Monsaval, 200 pesos a censo redimible a razón de veinte mil el millar, los cuales sitúa y grava sobre las casas de su morada, ubicadas en la Calle Real, obligándose a pagar 10 pesos de tributo anual al Síndico del Convento de Nuestro Padre San Francisco por las misas que se rezan por el alma de doña Josefa de la Gasca y Ortega.
