Felipa de Arellano, vecina de esta provincia, viuda de Alonso Domínguez, vende a Doña Mariana de la Gasca, viuda de Sebastián García Adán, vecina de Jalapa, una negra esclava nombrada Teresa de Jesús, de 30 años de edad, de nación[tierra] Angola, libre de hipoteca, empeño y otra enajenación, la cual hubo de Don Ramiro de Córdoba y Arellano por una manda de 300 pesos que le hizo en cláusula de su testamento, cuya donación se verificó el 9 de abril de 1653 en la nueva ciudad de Veracruz; sin asegurarla de ninguna tacha, vicio ni enfermedad, por el precio de 200 pesos de oro común.
