Doña Ignacia Montañés de la Cueva y don Francisco Ignacio de Herrasti, vecinos de este pueblo de Jalapa, como albaceas del difunto don Alonso de Alba, y de la otra parte don Nicolás de Saavedra, vecino de Perote, como administrador de una tienda y rancho propiedad del difunto, declaran están conformes de las cuentas que hicieron de dicha hacienda y rancho, por lo que dan por canceladas las cuentas que puedan existir, quedando claro que ni sus herederos podrán reclamar cosa alguna de lo antes mencionado.
