Don Baltazar Ruiz Fernández, vecino de la Ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz, residente en esta Villa, otorga poder especial en primer lugar a don Juan Bautista de Albizuri y en segundo a don Manuel de Revilla, ambos vecinos de dicha ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz, para que en su nombre se presente en la Intendencia de esta Provincia de Veracruz, donde pida y gane el correspondiente despacho para servir la Subdelegación del partido de Jalacingo, que el Excelentísimo Señor Virrey de este Reino le ha conferido, haciendo en su nombre el juramento acostumbrado.
