Don Francisco de Tovar, residente en Jalapa y vecino de la ciudad de México, como heredero de su hermano Don Juan de Tovar, difunto, vecino que fue del pueblo de Huamantla, que a su vez fue heredero de sus hermanas Francisca y Antonia, vecinas de dicho pueblo, dio su poder cumplido a Don Juan de Illescas, vecino de Huamantla, para que representando su persona y derechos como tal hermano de Don Juan de Tovar, prosiga y fenezca la demanda que tiene interpuesta a sus bienes ante la real justicia del referido pueblo.
