Juan Antonio Quiroz, vecino de Ixhuacán de los Reyes y residente en el pueblo de Jalapa, vende a Luis Barradas, esposo de Casilda Antonia Grajal[Grajales], su ahijada e hija legítima de Jerónima de Quiroz, su difunta hermana, un solar de 9 varas de frente y 40 de fondo, junto a las 9 varas de su expresada sobrina, linda al norte con la Calle Real que baja de las gradas al Convento del Padre San Francisco y la Ermita de Santiago, al oriente linda con solar de Manuela Martín, al sur con el río de Santiago y al poniente con solar de Justo Jiménez, dicha venta la hace en 9 pesos.
