Don Miguel Antonio Vizcardo, residente en el pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que por vía de codicilo manda que la cláusula sexta de su testamento en la que ordenó que a don Miguel de Lizardi se le entregasen 12, 000 pesos para cumplir un comunicado reservado, no se cumpla y para ello la revoca enteramente, como también el nombramiento de albacea a don Pedro de Zavala y en dicho don Miguel de Lizardi, y nombra en lugar de ambos a don Miguel de Arieta y a don Vicente de la Torre Marroquín.
