Doña Tomasina López Matamoros, vecina de Jalapa, viuda de Andrés de Bustillo Castañeda, y su hijo Andrés de Bustillos, y en nombre de Cristóbal de Bustillos, ausente, otro de sus hijos, dieron su poder cumplido al Lic. Pedro Castellanos, presbítero, y al Lic. Juan Ortiz de Castro, clérigo diácono, para que en sus nombres vendan 10 caballerías de tierra, un sitio de venta y un molino de pan moler, en términos de Jalapa, una legua de él, en la cantidad de 2400 pesos de censo en favor de una capellanía de misas que fundó Rodrigo Fernández de la Calleja, cuya escritura se otorgó en Jalapa el 31 de agosto de 1626, y que ha de reconocer el comprador para pagar sus réditos en el ínterin que lo redime.
