Diego González de Astudillo, presbítero, Lucas Cardeña Malpica, mercader, y de Juan López Ruiz Matamoros, y en medio de dichos solares están las fuentes de agua que llaman Techacapa, los cuales heredaron de Martha Hernández, abuela de Juana Ruiz, por el precio de 26 pesos de oro común.
