María de la O Palacios, vecina de Jalapa, declaró haber comprado un solar en este pueblo a María y a Magdalena Domínguez de Arellano, vecina de la nueva ciudad de Veracruz, ubicado en la Calle Real que sale para la Veracruz, de 44 varas de frente y 43 de fondo, su fecha en dicha ciudad a 17 de noviembre de 1692; pero en realidad, el citado solar lo compró para su hija Inés de la Higuera, vecina de Jalapa, en 100 pesos de oro común.
