Juan Martín de Abreo[Abreu], vecino de Jalapa, declaró que Don Pedro de Quevedo, Alcalde Mayor de Tuztla(Tuxtla) y Rinconada, con poder de Luis Carrillo de Alarcón, Administrador General del Estado del Marqués del Valle, le arrendó la Venta de la Rinconada por tiempo de dos años, y a razón de 300 pesos anuales; y ahora, se convino con Alonso Gaitán, vecino de esta provincia, en traspasarle dicho arrendamiento por lo que restare de los dos años, con las mismas posturas y condiciones pactadas.
