Doña Margarita Josefa Martínez Navarro y don Francisco Javier Fernández de Ulloa, madre e hijo, vecinos del pueblo de Jalapa y albaceas del difunto don Laureano Fernández de Ulloa, reciben de doña María Nicolasa de Torquemada, y sus hermanas, vecinas del mismo pueblo, un depósito irregular por la cantidad de 800 pesos mismos que se obligan a pagar dentro de 3 años, con un rédito del 5% anuales, por lo que hipotecan unas casas de edificio alto que quedaron de los bienes de dicha testamentaria, que lindan al poniente con la esquina a la Plaza Pública y Calle Real, para salir al Camino Real de la Veracruz y la Plaza Pública, al sur con la Calle Real y casas de Matías de la Mora Castañeda, de don José de la Calle y don José Sanchinel, al oriente con casas de don Gabriel de Arteaga y al norte con Mesón de don Bartolomé Salvo, llamada de la Plaza.
