Don José de Arias, Alcalde Ordinario de esta Villa, albacea de la difunta doña Mariana Fernández de Ulloa, otorga que vende a don Juan Nepomuceno Fernández de Ulloa, una casa de edificio alto y bajo, cubierta de madera y teja, situada en esta Villa, haciendo esquina a la Plaza principal y a la Calle Real, la cual se compone de 15 y 2/3 de varas de frente al poniente y 46 ½ de fondo al oriente; linda al norte con el Mesón de la Ánimas, y por la banda del sur hace su frente a la Calle Real, y del otro lado casa alta de don Domingo Franceschi. La vende por precio de 10 mil pesos.
