Catarina de Guevara y Mafara, viuda de Nicolás José Salvo Martínez, junto con Ventura Rosende, vecinos de Jalapa, declaran que José Crisóstomo Salvo y Martínez mantendrá hasta que salga de la minoría de edad, los 1, 500 pesos que va a recibir de los albaceas de su abuela Ángela Francisca del Pino, de lo que entregará recibo, y en caso de que el susodicho fallezca en la minoría de edad, lo entregarán a sus herederos, comprometiéndose a que cuando Crisóstomo cumpla los 25 años, ratificará el recibo antes mencionado. Para lo que Catarina, madre del dicho menor, hipoteca una casa con su respectivo solar, ubicada en el callejón que llaman de los Mafara.
