Doña Aldonsa de Vargas, en nombre de su hija María de Vargas, para su información presenta por testigo ante Don Antonio Rosel y Lugo, Alcalde Mayor de Jalapa, a Domingo Gómez, vecino de este pueblo, y dijo conocer el pleito que siguen Aldonza de Vargas, y Luisa Ponce de León sobre 3000 pesos de oro común que Don Carlos de Sámano y Quiñones le dejó a María de Vargas por cláusula de un testamento, y al presente tratan de llegar a un concierto que sin duda será de utilidad de la dicha María de Vargas, aunque sea con alguna baja, por estar distantes de la ciudad de México y ser inexcusables los gastos de cualquier pleito.
