Don Agustín Butler, del Comercio de España, residente en Jalapa, otorga que ha recibido de don Miguel Antonio de Vizcardo, la cantidad de 22, 734 pesos 4 y 3 octavos reales, misma que importó el precio de los efectos de mercadería que se remataron a Vizcardo, pertenecientes a la testamentaria de don José Gispert, de los que el otorgante dio 144 pesos, 3 y 4 octavos reales, quedando líquidos 22, 590 pesos 7 octavos reales, que se obliga Butlers a tener en depósito irregular y a disposición del Juez General de Bienes de Difuntos, con la pena de que quedan por rebajar de dicha cantidad, los gastos que ha hecho por enfardelajes, recibos, entrego de los efectos y demás que hará constar para cuando entregue este depósito.
