Don Miguel [José] de Zavaleta, Clérigo Domiciliario del Obispado de la Puebla de los Ángeles vecino de esta Villa, con testamento hecho el 16 de diciembre de 1806, declara que por vía de codicilio, nombra a un nuevo albacea, al Presbítero don Francisco Pablo Verenguier, para que venda y remate en almoneda todos los bienes existentes, para la más pronta satisfacción de las deudas y créditos particulares señalados en la memoria secreta dejada.
