Don Juan Teyo, soltero y natural del pueblo de Pousada, en el reino de Galicia, Arzobispado de Santiago, de 28 años de edad, hijo legítimo de don Pedro Teyo y de doña Josefa Castelán, difuntos, otorga su testamento donde declara por bienes de 4 000 a 5 000 pesos en plata efectiva, unas hebillas y charreteras de oro, un reloj del mismo metal y la ropa de su uso. Nombra como albaceas y tenedores de bienes a don Juan Ángel Cambre, vecino y del comercio de Veracruz, y por su ausencia a don Alonso Usal y García, del mismo comercio y vecindad, a quienes también nombra como sus herederos universales.
