El Capitán Don Claudio Teodoro de Ceballos, vecino de la jurisdicción de Jalapa, albacea y tenedor de los bienes de su padre Don José de Ceballos y Burgos, entre los cuales dejó un esclavo mulato nombrado Juan Blanco, criollo del Ingenio de Nuestra Señora de la Concepción, hijo de Josefa Gutiérrez, mulata, esclava que fue de dicho ingenio, de 45 años de edad, manco de un brazo y muy enfermo. Y respecto de haber servido a Don Roque Gutiérrez de Ceballos, a Don Alonso Gutiérrez de Ceballos y al otorgante, con mucho amor, asistencia y lealtad, y porque Fray Boecio Gutiérrez de Ceballos, habrá dos años que le dio 200 pesos por su libertad, lo liberó de todo cautiverio para que adelante pueda hacer lo que quisiere.
