Don José Roque de Castro, dueño de mulas y vecino de Jalapa, dijo que por pedimento de don Juan José Garibay se arrestó en esta cárcel pública a José Badillo, arriero del Camino Real y vecino de Guichiapa, por haberse obligado a pagarle al arriero José Antonio Villeda, vecino de Tula, la cantidad de 103 pesos a quien se los debía de plazo cumplido. Y no teniendo dicho Badillo con que satisfacer la deuda, otorga que se constituye por su fiador por la referida cantidad, los que se obliga a pagar a Garibay por el susodicho Badillo en este pueblo de Jalapa a finales de agosto del presente año.
