Don Miguel de Barros, vecino de Veracruz, estante en esta Villa de Xalapa, como albacea del difunto don Juan Ignacio de Eslemburo, otorga poder a don Manuel García Romary, segundo albacea de dicho difunto, para que en su nombre reciba ciertas cantidades que tiene puestas en dicha testamentaria a réditos con destino a una capellanía que el difunto mandó fundar; de las cantidades que reciba las imponga a la mayor brevedad sobre otras fincas, aceptando en su nombre las escrituras que se otorgaren, y si por lo antes mencionado se ofreciere contienda de juicio, que lo siga, por lo que se le da éste sin ninguna limitación.
