El Capitán Don Nicolás Flores Altamirano, dueño del ingenio San Miguel Almolonga, dijo que el Lic. Don Nicolás Roxer[Rogel], cura beneficiado que fue de Naolinco, por cláusula del poder para hacer su testamento, su fecha en Los Ángeles a 15 de diciembre de 1678, le nombró su albacea junto con otras personas, y respecto de hallarse muy ocupado en negocios importantes del ingenio, no puede acudir al cumplimiento de dicho poder y albaceazgo, por lo tanto, se desistió y apartó de los efectos del albaceazgo que le fue conferido.
