Doña María González de Amarilla, como usufructuaria del ingenio La Santísima Trinidad y de los demás bienes y haciendas que quedaron por fin y muerte de su esposo, Don Francisco Hernández de la Higuera, y Don Andrés Pérez de la Higuera, su hijo mayor, y marido de Doña Francisca Díaz Matamoros, declaran que los 20, 000 pesos que le deben a la mujer e hijos de Felipe Gómez, difunto, los debe el ingenio La Santísima Trinidad y todos los demás bienes vinculados, y no la referida Doña Francisca Díaz Matamoros, ni su dote ni arras, porque con ellos se pagó parte de la dote de Doña Catalina Márquez de Amarilla, hija y hermana de los susodichos, y esposa de Tomás de Suasnabar y Aguirre, vecino de la ciudad de México, en cumplimiento de una cláusula contenida en la escritura de fundación del Mayorazgo de la Higuera.
