Don Francisco Javier de Medina, vecino de la Nueva Ciudad de Veracruz y residente en este pueblo de Jalapa, ha recibido de don Manuel Bárcena Bezanilla, vecino de este pueblo, en nombre de don Miguel López, vecino de la Provincia de Tabasco, como albacea de doña María Josefa de Mioño y por cuenta de la testamentaria de ésta, 20, 000 pesos en plata doble del cuño y estampa mexicana, cantidad que el otorgante se obliga a tener en depósito irregular por dos años, pagando 1, 000 pesos de réditos anuales correspondientes al 5 %.
