Petrona González, de estado libre, mayor de 25 años, vecina de la Villa de Xalapa, otorga que vende a José Francisco González, una casa de paredes, techada de madera, con sala y recámara, ubicada en la calle de Santiago con la que hace frente hacia el norte y del otro lado la boca del callejón que llaman de la Nexcua, por donde tiene 16 y tres cuartas varas de frente, de fondo tiene 90 varas y lo hace al sur por donde linda con solar del tronco, al oriente con solar cercano al de Sebastián Muñiz, al poniente con casa de María Pascuala, la cual venden por precio de 250 pesos.
