Don José Benito Ochoa, quien fue vecino de esta Villa de Xalapa y ahora posee un rancho en esta misma jurisdicción, otorga que vende a don Miguel Martínez, de esta vecindad, una casa de madera embarrada, cubierta de teja con el sitio que le pertenece, que mide 35 varas de frente y 27 de fondo, linda al poniente con el callejón del Perro, al sur con la calle de San Francisco de Paula, solar del difunto don Miguel Cardeña y casa de don Joaquín Toraño, al oriente con solar de Joaquín Iñiguez y al norte con solar de Pedro Báez, dicha venta la hace en 260 pesos.
