Don José de la Presa y Miranda, vecino de Jalapa, otorga poder especial a don Matías de Ochoa, vecino de Cádiz, para que en su nombre cobre de los albaceas de don José de Zavala y Miranda, su difunto tío, especialmente de don Melchor Pando, vecino de la Corte de Madrid, el legado dejado a él, 500 ducados, con los réditos que haya generado, así mismo le otorga poder general para que cobre todas las cantidades de pesos, oro, plata, joyas y esclavos que le deba cualquier persona, y para que lo represente en todos sus pleitos, causas y negocios, civiles y criminales.
