Don Domingo Díaz Mier, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, vende al Bachiller don Antonio Mateo Ortiz de Zárate, Clérigo Presbítero Domiciliario de este Obispado de la Puebla, 2 casas de paredes contiguas, ubicada en la esquina de la calle de la Amargura con la que hace frente y del otro lado casas que fueron del Capitán José Robledano de Cardeña hacia el oriente, por donde tiene 26 y ¾ varas; al sur linda con otra calle que cruza para la de Joaquín Felipe Sarmiento y casa de los herederos de don José Mateo Rubio Roso, calle en medio, por el poniente con solar de la casa que fue de María Teresa de Rodríguez viuda de Miguel Basilio de Acosta, y por el norte con casa de Juan Ortiz que hoy posee su hija doña Teresa Ortiz. La vende en 1, 600 pesos de oro común.
