Doña Francisca López de Santa Ana, de esta vecindad, viuda en primeras y segundas nupcias de don José Ventura García Figueroa, Teniente Coronel del Regimiento de Infantería Provincial de Toluca, y del Licenciado José Agustín de Castro, Abogado que fue de la Audiencia Nacional, dijo que revoca el poder otorgado el 31 de enero último a don Domingo de la Fuente y Simbrón, y lo otorga al Capitán Antonio López de Santa Ana y Lebrón, su hermano, vecino de la Nueva Veracruz, para que en su representación y como heredera de su menor hijo José Ventura Figueroa, del primer matrimonio, haya demande, perciba y cobre todas las cantidades de dinero.
