Don Francisco Antonio Díaz y Herrero y don Carlos Díaz y Herrero, vecinos de España y residentes en Jalapa, apoderados de Bernardo Bustillo, Soldado de la Tercera Compañía del Segundo Batallón del Regimiento de Flandes, para el cobro de reales que le debían y que por ellos se presentó litis que siguió don Juan Francisco de Almanza, vecino de México, y en virtud de haber ganado el litis y haber fallecido dicho Almanza, por lo que sustituyen dicho poder en doña Josefa de Campos y Arraido, viuda de dicho Almanza, para que cobre dichos reales y en caso de existir algún inconveniente por su sexo u otra causa, lo sustituirán en la persona que dicha doña Josefa nombre.
